Building Beyond Borders Since the 1950s
The foundations of Sayram Construction were laid in the 1950s, when Ahmet Lülecioğlu began working as a contractor on infrastructure and port-related projects at İskenderun Port in southern Türkiye. What started as a hands-on construction operation gradually evolved into a multi-generational engineering and contracting company built on field experience, technical discipline, and long-term vision.
In the 1970s and 1980s, under the leadership of Civil Engineer Zühtü Lülecioğlu, Sayram became one of the early adopters and pioneers of the tunnel formwork construction system in Türkiye — a transformative construction methodology that significantly accelerated large-scale residential development across the country.

In 1986, the company was formally established under its official corporate structure, laying the foundation for future expansion. Beginning in the 2000s, Ahmet Bahadır Lülecioğlu led the company into a new phase of international growth.
Under his leadership, Sayram expanded beyond Türkiye and successfully delivered projects across Europe, the Middle East, Central Asia, and NATO-related sectors, transforming the company into an internationally operating construction and engineering contractor.
Today, Sayram combines more than 70 years of accumulated construction experience with modern engineering, modular innovation, and international project delivery capabilities.
